If your account is locked, it is most likely because you have tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.
- Click “Sign in/Join now” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the member sign-in page.
- Click on the “Need help logging in?” link and follow the directions to reset your password through the email address associated with your AAdvantage® account.
- Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top left of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
- Locate and tap “Sign in/Join now.”
- Tap the “Need help logging in?” link and follow the directions to reset your password through the email address associated with your AAdvantage® account.
